PWA Nagib Shah
( Ansata Halim Shah x *Nasbah )
1994 Grey Arabian Stallion
PWA Nagib Shah is the personification
of the classic Egyptian Arabian horse. Nagib has beautiful
Arabian type, an exquisite head and powerful ground
covering movement. Nagib is very nicely put together,
proportionate, conformationally correct, with an outstanding
disposition and presence. All of these traits he readily
passes on to his foals.
Nagib is by the legendary sire and Salon
Du Cheval World Reserve Champion Stallion Ansata Halim
Shah. Ansata Halim Shah is well known for producing
both excellent sons and excellent daughters. Ansata
Halim Shah established himself as a sire of significance
in the US, again in Europe during his stay with Dr.
Hans Nagel where he became a leading sire of licensed
stallions in Germany, and then once more in the Arab
world under the ownership of the Emir of Qatar's Al
Shaqab Farm.
Nagib's tail female line is one of notable
significance as well. Nagib is out of the German-bred
*Nasbah. She was imported from Germany and comes from
a line of Straight Egyptian Arabians known for their
athleticism and beauty. *Nasbah is out of Nadia, a daughter
of the extraordinarily beautiful Foze. Foze was highly
sought after by a number of American breeders, without
success, while at the EAO. *Nasbah was known for excellent
ground covering movement.
Nagib is the only full sibling to Nigmh,
formerly owned by Michael Byatt and Ms. Karen Henwood
of Sandybrook Egyptian Arabians in Ocala, Florida. Nigmh
is known for his stellar show career and powerful movement.
Nagib is Straight Egyptian, Al Khamsa,
Blue List and Asil. Strain: Hadban Enzahi.
