We would like to introduce *Simeon Sochain as a new addition to the stallion line-up at Caledonia Farms!  Sochain is known internationally as the very successful son of *Simeon Sadik-the stunning black stallion by *Asfour.  This tall, beautiful stallion boasts a world class pedigree with notable success under saddle, in the show ring and in the breeding shed.  Sochain's foals have excelled in multiple disciplines including endurance racing.

*Simeon Sochain's sire, Simeon Sadik, is considered by many as one of the world's most beautiful black Straight Egyptian stallions.  Simeon Sadik was purchased by Halsdon Arabian Stud of Britain.  Twice Sadik was named Reserve World Champion Stallion at the Salon du Cheval in Paris along with numeros other international titles.

*Simeon Sochain's dam, Simeon Simona, was one of the distinguished dam's of Simeon Stud's broodmare band.  Even though Simona was never shown her dam, 27 Ibn Galal V, and her full sister Simeon Sukari were both named Australian National Champion mares.

Simeon Sochain garnered the following awards among others:
-1996 Australian Reserve National Champion Colt
-2000 Australian Horse of the Year-Reserve Champion under Saddle
-2002 Queensland Challenge Supreme Champion Male

Ms. Richmond of Simeon Stud stated that "Simeon Sochain is a true athlete and won under saddle in the show ring many times.  He was also 'Supreme Exhibit' at Queensland's premier show under Dr. Nasr Marei.
